Mark Jordan
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONSULTANT
With more than 30 years of professional experience in residential and light commercial design and architectural documentation, Mark has worked in the Architectural Services industry since 1996. During his career, he worked and ultimately was promoted to manage the architectural departments of two of the nation’s leading home builders. This was how he and Justin were first introduced. He has accumulated more than 25 years of experience using computer-aided architectural drafting and 3D modeling software and as such has developed an extensive portfolio of detailed models and documentation for home designers, contractors, and architectural services teams.
As a continuation of a long-term friendship and ever-growing working relationship, Mark has partnered exclusively with J King Designs for the last 14 years to deliver the quality modeling and customer-focused illustrative design process results that keep his clients coming back for more. He plans to continue to specialize in 3D modeling, illustrating and custom residential design working alongside Justin and his team to provide outstanding designs in one of the country’s most prominent coastal residential markets.
Will Maracle
Project Manager
Born in New York and a longtime resident of Florida’s Manatee and Sarasota region since 1986, William Maracle has built a distinguished three-decade career in luxury residential design and construction. His professional journey began in 1996 after earning a two-year certification from MTI, launching his career as a residential draftsman.
Over the course of his career, William has worked alongside some of the region’s most respected luxury custom home builders, including Lee Wetherington Homes, John Cannon Homes, and Medallion Homes. This experience has provided him with an extensive understanding of the architectural design and construction process, as well as a firsthand appreciation for the precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail required to successfully execute exceptional custom residences.
Today, William serves as Project Manager at J King Design LLC, where he plays an integral role in the development and execution of custom residential projects. His expertise encompasses model development, as-built documentation, project management, and the technical coordination required to move a project seamlessly from design through construction.
Highly proficient in AutoCAD Architecture and SketchUp, William combines technical precision with decades of practical industry experience. His background working within the luxury homebuilding industry allows him to approach each project with a comprehensive understanding of design intent, construction methodology, and the intricate details that distinguish truly exceptional residential architecture.
With 30 years of experience in the luxury custom home industry, William Maracle brings a rare combination of technical expertise, construction knowledge, and project management experience to every project—helping ensure that the vision behind each residence is thoughtfully developed and precisely executed.
